Making An Email List

I’m making a HUGE email list for poker games at my new place once it’s built. (August 16) If you want to get in on the games send your Full Name and email to Dave_fraser17@hotmail.com . Trust me I’ve got a lot of interesting games planned. I’m going to have 3 tables in the basement and I can have 2 more in the garage if needed. 

Things I have planned.

  1. Heads up tournament – probably going to be one of the first things I’m going to plan. Honestly I’d like to get 64 players but I’d be happy with 32. It would be a full weekend event.  Planning on making it a $100 buy in or maybe less depending on what people can afford.  The matches will be best out of 3. The structure will be posted in the Moncton poker club forums.
  2. Satellite tournaments to bigger tournaments in the Maritimes.  This includes Casino NS and Red Shore in PEI.  They re buy ins of $300+ most have prize pools of  $ 72,000 up to $160,000
  3. Cash Game Series- details in the forum. Basically well run it for month and the person who has earned the most money in cash will win.  A small amount of money from every buy in and rebuy would go towards a pool and the winner of the series will either win the money or maybe another prize like a TV or something. Whatever people decide it’s in the works :P  stakes would be either 0.50c- 0.50c blinds with a max of $60 or 50c-$1 with a max of $100 buy in.
  4. Point system tournament- Where players play for points and some money goes towards a final game. You would get extra chips for how many points you have and the top point leader would also win extra cash.
  5. Mini World Series of poker- we would be playing different events like 7 card stud, Omaha, Razz, 5 card draw, Horse and of course No limit holdem.  Overall best player will win extra cash as player of the Year.  Still In the Works.
  6. Multi Table Tournaments/ Cash Games- also during dead times, I will be running a lot of tournaments and Cash games.  Cash will most likely be 50c-50c blinds with a max of $60 buy in till at least 2 people get stacks of $200 then max buy in will be $100.
